Welcome to Ethically Aligned LLC: an ethics centered enterprise focusing on the challenges organizations face to abate and monitor for retaliation. Ethically Aligned LLC is owned and managed by Robin L Rohmer, CMA, CSCA.
Robin has over 25 years’ experience in internal audit, corporate operations, and ethics and compliance. She has been a pioneer in building and promoting ethics best practices, evaluating technology solutions, and implementing processes to assess and mitigate retaliation risk.
She founded Ethically Aligned, LLC in 2023 where she serves as its CEO. Robin’s company collaborates with organizations to develop retaliation prevention and monitoring strategies. Robin was previously Executive Director, Ethics and Regulatory Compliance, for KPMG where she developed a “best in class” retaliation monitoring program from the ground up.
Robin has presented extensively on the topics of retaliation in the workplace, retaliation monitoring and investigations.
Robin is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA). She is a longstanding member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and has been a featured speaker at their annual conference.
Robin is a member Society of Corporate Ethics and Compliance and served as an instructor for SCCE’s Experienced Investigations Workshop. She is a contributing author to SCCE’s Compliance & Ethics Professional magazine.
Robin is a faculty member with Becker Professional Education and the HR Education Network, specializing in anti-retaliation measures and regulations.
Robin is also a member of the Ethics and Compliance Initiative (ECI) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Robin partners with employment attorneys, small businesses, and HR Departments of One - specifically if you’ve gone through a downsizing in your HR team and need extra support in this area. Robin’s focus is assessing the prevalence of retaliation concerns within an organization and recommending mitigation measure to address.
